EMC DiskXtender MediaStor format string

Description:
EMC DiskXtender could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a format string vulnerability in the MediaStor component. By sending a specially-crafted packet containing malicious format specifiers to the RPC interface, a remote attacker from could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges on the vulnerable system and cause the service to crash.
