Description:
Clam AntiVirus (ClamAV) is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an unspecified error when handling certain .ARJ files. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted .ARJ archive, a remote attacker could cause the utilization of all memory resources.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Clam AntiVirus (0.93 or later), available from the Clam AntiVirus Web site. See References.
