OpenOffice.org OLE buffer overflow
| openoffice-ole-bo (41860) |
Description:
OpenOffice.org is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking when handling OLE files. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted OLE file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system or cause the application to crash.
