ikiwiki change password cross-site request forgery
| ikiwiki-change-password-csrf (41904) |
Description:
ikiwiki is vulnerable to cross-site request forgery, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the preferences and edit forms. By persuading a victim logged into ikiwiki to visit a specially-crafted Web site, a remote attacker could send a malformed HTTP request to cause the victim to change passwords or perform other arbitrary tasks. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to perform cross-site scripting attacks, Web cache poisoning, and other malicious activities.
