Description:

Acidcat CMS could allow a remote attacker to upload arbitrary files, caused by the failure of permissions on the FCKEditor component. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions to gain unauthorized access to the system and upload arbitrary files using FCKEditor.
