Rising Antivirus SSDT() denial of service

Description:
Rising Antivirus is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input when handling arguments passed to the "NtOpenProcess()" System Service Descriptor Table (SSDT) function. By invoking the function with specially-crafted arguments, a local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Rising Antivirus (20.38.20 or later), available from the RISING Web site. See References.
