PHP escapeshellcmd function security bypass

Description:
PHP could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by an error in the PHP escapeshellcmd function when a locale containing a variable width character set is used. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability via a backslash to inject arbitrary commands and possibly launch further attacks against the system.
