Description:
Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted PDF file that invokes the Javascript API app.checkForUpdate() function, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute restricted functions and arbitrary code on a victim's system.
