Description:

The Certificate Trust List (CTL) Provider service (CTLProvider.exe) of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is vulnerable to a denial of service. Under certain situations, a remote attacker could send specially-crafted TCP packets to port 2444 to consume all available memory resources, resulting in a denial of service.
