HTTP DELETE method allows clients to delete objects from the server

Description:
DELETE is an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) method, like GET or POST, defined in RFC 1945. This method allows a client to delete an object off the Web server, provided that the client has permissions to the object.

Remedy:
A properly configured server should not allow a remote client to delete arbitrary files via the DELETE method. If this feature is not used, it is recommended that it be disabled.
