Mozilla Firefox function allocation code execution

firefox-function-allocation-code-execution (42654) The risk level is classified as HighHigh Risk

Description:

Mozilla Firefox could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by an error in the function allocation code. By persuading a victim to visit a malicious Web site which allows the function allocation code (js_NewFunction) to attempt to re-use a recently freed object using user-defined methods, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim or cause the application to crash.
