Microsoft WINS network packet source privilege escalation

Description:
Microsoft Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) could allow a local attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by improper validation of network packet source addresses. By sending a specially-crafted packet to the vulnerable WINS service, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to corrupt memory and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges.
