Description:

Apple Mac OS X is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by an integer overflow in ImageIO. By persuading a victim to view a specially-crafted JPEG2000 image file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges or cause the application to crash.
