Description:
Fedora could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by the missing USER=root directive in the default "consolehelper" configuration files. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerabilty and run the system-config-network program with root privileges to gain access to the console and modify the network configuration.
