Cisco Linksys WRH54G router HTTP denial of service

Description:
The Cisco Linksys WRH54G router is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by the improper handling of requests. By sending a specially-crafted HTTP request containing an overly long string and other characters, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to crash the http service.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest firmware version of the Cisco Linksys WRH54G router firmware (1.01.04 or later), available from the Linksys Web site. See References.
