Description:
Novell Client for Windows could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input in the NWFS.SYS driver. By sending a specially-crafted IOCTL request, a local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to overwrite memory addresses and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges.
