EZWebAlbum constants.inc security bypass

Description:
EZWebAlbum could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the improper checking of authentication credentials by the constants.inc script which creates an insecure cookie. By setting the photoalbumadmin cookie to "1", a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and gain unauthorized administrative access to the vulnerable system.
