OpenTTD ttd_main function buffer overflow
| openttd-ttdmain-bo (44436) |
Description:
OpenTTD is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the ttd_main function. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability using an overly long filename supplied as the -g parameter to overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges or cause the application to crash.
