Description:

eo-video is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted .eop playlist file containing an overly long element, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges or cause the application to crash.
