WebSVN rss.php directory traversal

Description:
WebSVN could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. If magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, an attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the rss.php script containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the rev parameter to overwrite arbitrary files on the system.
