Description:

Novell eDirectory could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a use-after-free error in the NetWare Core Protocol (NCP) engine. By sending specially-crafted "Get NCP Extension Information By Name Requests", a remote attacker could corrupt memory and possibly execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
