Description:
Chipmunk CMS could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions. All users without admin privileges are granted access to the reguser.php script. By sending a specially-crafted POST request, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and add new administrative users to the application.
