Membership System index.php and customer_login.php SQL injection

Description:
Membership System is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the index.php or customer_login.php scripts using the user_name or email parameter, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.
