EMC ControlCenter msragent.exe buffer overflow
| controlcenter-msragent-bo (46751) |
Description:
EMC ControlCenter is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the SAN Manager Master Agent service (msragent.exe). By sending specially-crafted SST_CTGTRANS requests to TCP port 10444, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with SYSTEM privileges.
