PHPRunner SearchField SQL injection

PHPRunner is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the UserView_list.php, orders_list.php, users_list.php and Administrator_list.php scripts using the SearchField parameter, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.
No remedy available as of May 1, 2013.
