Description:
A vulnerability in WebSphere Application Server, when running on UNIX- based operating systems, could result in the creation of certain files with insecure permissions. Interim fixes that replace existing files or create new files incorrectly set permission to 777 rather than 755. This could be exploited by a local attacker to possibly obtain sensitive information or manipulate data.IBM3
