ARCServeIT Client Agent uagent temp file

Description:
ARCServeIT creates a temporary file (uagent.tmp) in the /tmp directory without properly checking to see if the file exists. An attacker can modify the uagent.tmp file to execute arbitrary code with root privileges when the "sub-agents" are restarted.
