Sysgen component allows unauthorized access to port 9998

Description:
TotalBill is an automation application designed to streamline billing operations. Sysgen, a component of TotalBill, listens on or around port 9998. A remote attacker can use Sysgen to execute commands as root on the host it is running on, without any authentication. If this service is not filtered, a remote attacker could exploit the service to gain root access to the system.
