OpenSSL ChangeCipherSpec denial of service

Description:
OpenSSL is vulnerable to a denial of service caused by the improper handling of ChangeCipherSpec DTLS packets in ssl/s3_pkt.c. By sending a ChangeCipherSpec packet to be processed before the ClientHello, a remote attacker could trigger a NULL pointer dereference which will cause the affected daemon to crash.
