Google Chrome buffers code execution
| googlechrome-buffers-code-execution (51802) |
Description:
Google Chrome could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by the allocation of overly large memory buffers by a compromised renderer (tab) process. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web site, a remote attacker with the ability to run arbitrary code inside the renderer process could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim or cause the browser process and all the tabs to crash.
