Microsoft .NET Framework CLR code execution
| dotnet-clr-code-execution (52780) |
Description:
The Microsoft .NET Framework could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a vulnerability in the way the Microsoft .NET Common Language Runtime (CLR) handles interfaces. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web site that contains a Silverlight application or execute a malicious .NET application locally, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to overwrite memory and execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim.
