BSD systems ARP request denial of service

Description:
OpenBSD is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. By sending a large number of spoofed packets to a OpenBSD is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. By sending a large number of spoofed packets to a inside the network, a remote attacker can cause the system to send out a large number of ARP requests. If a system generates a large number of pending ARP requests without receiving replies, it causes the kernel to panic, and the message "out of kmem_map" appears. The system must be restarted to regain normal functionality.
