Wireshark DCERPC/NT denial of service
| wireshark-dcerpcnt-dos (54017) |
Description:
Wireshark (formerly Ethereal) is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL pointer dereference error in the DCERPC/NT dissector. By sending a specially-crafted DCERPC/NT packet, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application to crash.
