Description:
The Sound Converter ActiveX control (sndConverter.ocx) could allow a remote attacker to overwrite arbitrary files on the system, caused by the use of the insecure SaveFormat() method. By persuading a victim to visit a malicious Web page, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to create and overwrite arbitrary files on the system.
