Newsdesk.cgi allows read access to files

Description:
Ibrow Newsdesk could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the Web server. A remote attacker can submit a request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the URL to view any file on the Web server with the privileges of httpd. An attacker can use this to post new news or upload HTML to the htdoc's directory.
