Apache Tomcat Transfer-Encoding denial of service

tomcat-transferencoding-dos (60264) The risk level is classified as MediumMedium Risk

Description:

Apache Tomcat is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by multiple flaws when handling Transfer-Encoding headers that prevents a buffer from recycling. By sending a specially-crafted request in a Transfer-Encoding header, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to trigger the failure of subsequent requests or information leaks between the requests.
