Broker FTP Server allows remote attacker to delete files outside the FTP root

Description:
Broker FTP could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the Web server. A remote attacker could issue the 'delete' command containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to delete arbitrary files outside of the FTP root directory. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to prevent other users from logging on by deleting the 'users.dat' file.
