Description:
War FTPD could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the Web server. A remote attacker can issue the 'dir' command containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to list directories outside of the FTP root directory.
Platforms Affected:
- Jgaa, WarFTPd 1.67b4
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of War FTPD (1.67b5 or later), available from the War FTPD Web site. See References.
