Description:
BEA WebLogic Server could allow an attacker to browse directories on the Web server. An attacker can request a URL followed by a specific ASCII representation, such as "%00", "%2e", "%2f", or "%5c" to bypass the default document and display the contents of the Web folder.
Platforms Affected:
- BEA, WebLogic Server 6.0
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of WebLogic (6.0 SP1 or later), available from the BEA WebLogic Download Page. See References.
