OpenSSL TLS server extension buffer overflow

openssl-tls-server-bo (63293) The risk level is classified as HighHigh Risk

Description:

OpenSSL is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by a race condition within the TLS extension parsing code. If the server is multi-threaded and uses OpenSSL's internal caching mechanism, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
