Description:

SCO OpenServer vis vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the lpfilter program. By default, lpfilter is installed suid bin. By using command line arguments and sending lpfilter an unusually long character string, a local attacker can overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with privileges of bin.
