Jana Server hexadecimal URL encoded format directory traversal

Description:
Jana Server could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the Web server. A remote attacker can send a specially-crafted URL containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) or can substitute the "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the URL with their hexadecimal URL encoded format of %2E to traverse directories and obtain the contents of files readable by the Web server user.
