Horde IMP "prefs.lang" file could be used to gain elevated privileges on the Web server

Description:
Horde IMP (Internet Messaging Program) could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the Web server. If an attacker creates the file 'prefs.lang' and places it on the Web server's file system, the contents of the file can be executed by the PHP interpreter allowing the attacker to gain elevated privileges of the Web server process.
