MAS 200 Telnet connection denial of service

Description:
Saga Software MAS 200 is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. A remote attacker can connect to the server running MAS 200 on port 10000 using Telnet, and then enter the "ctrl" key and "x" ten times to disable the service. The program must be restarted to regain normal functionality.
