SGI IRIX /usr/sbin/searchbook creates files with insecure permissions

Description:
The searchbook program in SGI IRIX creates files with insecure permissions. Searchbook creates the iconbook and searchbook desktop files with mode 666. A remote attacker with a valid local account could exploit this vulnerability to delete or modify arbitrary data.
