ZyXel Prestige DSL router packet length denial of service

Description:
ZyXel Prestige 1600 and 681 series DSL routers are vulnerable to a denial of service attack. If a remote attacker sends a malformed packet containing an IP length that is shorter than the actual packet size from a DSL interface, the router would become unresponsive for a short period of time.

Denial of Service

No remedy available as of February 6, 2010.
