Oracle9i Application Server ModPL/SQL double decoding directory traversal

Description:
Oracle9i Application Server could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the Web server. This directory traversal capability is caused by a vulnerability in the PL/SQL Apache Web module. A remote attacker can send a specially-crafted URL request containing hexadecimal URL double encoded "dot dot" sequences (%252F..%252F) for a help file to traverse directories and view arbitrary files on the server.
