XMB PHP message board cross-site scripting

xmb-php-xss (8262) The risk level is classified as MediumMedium Risk


Extreme Message Board (XMB) is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. A remote attacker could embed malicious JavaScript within HTML tags in messages, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser once the message is viewed.

Note: Several more cross-site scripting vulnerabilities also exist in XMB regarding the member variable in the member.php script, the MSN information field in the user profile, and hexadecimal URL encoded '<script>' tags.
