Description:
mIRC could allow a local attacker to execute programs with elevated privileges. If mIRC is already running with a DDE server enabled, a local attacker could open another instance of mIRC on the same computer using the RunAs service and execute a command using a DDE message that would allow the attacker to launch a program with privileges of the owner of the original mIRC process.
