CA-MLINK /mlclear and /mllock buffer overflows

Description:
CA-MLINK is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the /mlclear and /mllock programs. By passing an overly long argument containing 9000 characters or more on the command line, a local attacker can overflow a buffer and cause a memory fault or execute arbitrary code on the system.
